OwnstageEvent Solutions
Your event. Your brand. Your door.
White-label ticketing for venues, promoters, and fundraisers who already bring the audience — sell tiers, email QR codes, check people in under your brand.
What
Ticketing you run under your name
Ownstage Event Solutions is a white-label ticketing system: branded shop, secure checkout, QR ticket email, door scanner, and a manager panel — set up per event, or as your venue’s in-house stack across a full calendar.
Who
For venues, promoters, and causes that fill the room
Clubs, theaters, festivals, expos, and pop-ups that market on social, email, or their own site — plus charities and nonprofits running galas, benefits, and community events. Not a discovery marketplace: you bring the buyers; we handle the tickets on your domain.
Why
Own the brand, the domain, and the data
Payouts go to your payment account, you keep your domain and buyer data, and you skip marketplace-style platform fees. Run it in-house at your venue with hosted pricing — control without building from scratch.
Ticketing on your own name and domain, set up for you, with a small flat fee per ticket and nothing on free tickets.
Independent and founder-run, so you get fair pricing and talk to the person who builds it.
How platform fees work
On each paid ticket, the platform fee is the lower of your package’s flat per-ticket
rate or 2% of the ticket price, with a $0.35 minimum when the 2% option applies:
fee = min(flat, max(2% × price, $0.35)). Free and comp tickets are $0.
You choose whether to pass the platform fee to buyers or absorb it in your ticket price. Stripe card processing (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per successful charge) is always separate and runs through your Stripe account at checkout.
The Ownstage platform fee is invoiced to you after the event — it is not taken automatically as a Stripe application fee today.
Setup fees are credited back against your first ticket platform fees, up to the setup amount you paid. Larger setup fees apply for venues and custom work.
Packages
Small shows and hobby events — lighter bands
First gig or community night? Start with Hosted Event or our Hobby tier under “Also available.” Payment processing is always separate.
Typical ticketing peers charge per ticket even when you’re not making much — Hobby is our leanest hosted option. Switch tabs above for venue stacks as you grow.
Packages
Touring, residencies, and one-off shows
Sell GA and VIP tiers under your name, email QR codes, and scan at the door — without handing buyers to a marketplace. Quote to fit your room and run of shows.
Flat per-ticket platform fees from typical peers often run higher before card processing — our bands are meant to sit below that range.
Packages
Your room’s in-house ticketing stack
Run every show on your domain and your brand — fully hosted for you. Built for clubs, theaters, and rooms with a full calendar.
Owning the stack beats marketplace fees when you already fill the room — we quote to your volume and support needs.
Packages
Galas, benefits, and community fundraisers
White-label ticketing for causes that bring their own audience — with 20% off setup and platform fees when your mission qualifies. Mention nonprofit status in your quote.
Registered nonprofits, charities, and qualifying fundraisers receive 20% off setup and platform fees — mention nonprofit status in your quote.
Free and comp tickets stay $0 on our platform fee — so donor perks and volunteer passes don’t inflate your bill.

Example: $40 ticket (Hosted Event rates)
Platform fee = min($0.55, max(2% × $40, $0.35)) = min($0.55, max($0.80, $0.35)) = $0.55. Stripe on the card charge: 2.9% + $0.30 (shown below; your Stripe pricing may differ slightly).
| Organizer absorbs fee | Pass fee to buyer | |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer pays | $40.00 | $40.55 |
| Stripe (2.9% + $0.30) | −$1.46 $40.00 × 2.9% + $0.30 |
−$1.48 $40.55 × 2.9% + $0.30 |
| Platform fee (invoiced after event) | −$0.55 | −$0.55 |
| Organizer net (per ticket) | $37.99 $40.00 − $1.46 − $0.55 |
$38.52 $40.55 − $1.48 − $0.55 |
Door and booth POS sales recorded in OwnStage — cash included — use the same platform fee (lower of flat or 2%, $0.35 minimum on the 2% option, invoiced after the event). Stripe’s 2.9% + $0.30 applies to card payments only, not cash. Cash example at the door for a $40 ticket: you keep $40.00 on hand; $0.55 platform fee invoiced later.
Stripe and other payment processing fees are separate unless a written quote says otherwise. Platform fees apply to paid tickets only — not free, comp, or $0 orders. Quotes honored for 30 days. A binding engagement starts only when both parties agree in writing.

Who’s behind OwnStage
OwnStage is built and run by Eva Akselrad, an independent developer and student in Pennsylvania. You work directly with the person who builds it: setup, your branding, and help at the door if you want it. Payments run through Stripe, the site runs on Cloudflare, and your event lives on your own name and domain.
