Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ownstage marketing website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the Site only. Any hosted service, software license, or professional engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Ownstage (or the contracting party we designate).

1. Who we are

Ownstage provides white-label event ticketing offerings described on the Site. Contact: hello@ownstage.app.

2. Informational content

Descriptions of products, packages, features, and pricing on the Site are for general information. They are not an offer, guarantee of availability, or commitment to deliver specific functionality unless confirmed in a signed agreement or written quote we expressly accept.

3. Pricing and quotes

4. Quote requests

When you submit the contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and not to use the form for spam, harassment, or unlawful content. We may decline or ignore submissions at our discretion.

How we handle personal information in quote requests is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, branding, design, and materials are owned by Ownstage or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except for fair use or other rights the law allows.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may reference or link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OWNSTAGE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.

10. Indemnity

Courts located in New York will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, except where prohibited.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
